Indoor entertainment can be viewed on the 60” flat screen in the living room 55′ in the downstairs Master, with a Blu-ray DVD player including satellite TV.

The cabin is fully stocked with everything you could need, they even provided extra trash bags, paper towels, and wood for the fire pit, which is really uncommon compared to other cabins we’ve stayed in. Our young adults loved the upstairs area and spent most of their time playing pool, and we all enjoyed playing cornhole outside together. The back porch patio & grill area was a perfect hangout spot for all of us. The cabin is super cozy, the beds were really comfortable, and the huge bathtub in the master was a major bonus! The location is ideal, close to the main road with easy access to restaurants and activities, yet still very secluded and quiet. One extra special touch was arriving to Christmas music playing on every TV throughout the house, which made us feel instantly at home. We truly loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this cabin.

Location: Timber Hills Lodge is located in Kanitobe Trails — in the heart of Hochatown – Just down the road from Grateful Head Pizza, Girls Gone Wine, Gutter Chaos, Abendigos and Beaver Bend Brewery. As one enters, they are greeted by an excellent open style living/dining/kitchen area. The new Gunite Swimming Pool is seasonal (March – October), This kid-friendly lodge is beautifully furnished and features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of room to gather and prepare meals.

Looking for a cabin that can hold a big group? The Timber Rock Lodge offers accommodations for up to 12 people with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. This lodge is a great gathering spot for families and groups of friends, with spacious living and dining areas (seating up to 21 people). Play a nightly game of pool in the Bonus Room – which features a pool table, futon, and 55″ Smart TV. Another great thing about the Timber Rock Lodge is that the lodge is ADA-compliant, designed to accommodate handicapped guests, and includes a large wheelchair ADA roll-in shower.
The exterior offers two main gathering areas and features large decks, outdoor TV, western red cedar posts, and a native rock fireplace under a vaulted porch. Guests can gather around the large outdoor woodburning mountain-rock fireplace. The back deck overlooks a creek further below and has a nice outdoor table and a large picnic table.
Inside is a spacious Great Room is equipped with comfortable leather furniture, large counter areas (ideal for big meals), and a large dining table. The Timber Rock Lodge is the perfect setting for entertaining friends and family within the great outdoors. A large hot tub is located on the deck. A bunkroom (Bedroom #4) provides a space for the kids to call their own.
Timber Rock is pet-friendly and includes complimentary Wi-Fi and YouTube TV Subscription with Live TV.
At night, the family can spend time roasting marshmallows by the outdoor rock fireplace and playing horseshoes. A 55″ outdoor TV is located on the deck. And, it is always fun to gather around the outdoor rock fireplace and tell only the best family stories. Oh, and be sure to bring your ATVs, as direct access to ATV trails is only 1/3 mile away (on Lucian Sorrel Road, in the Ouachita National Forest).

My niece is in a wheelchair and because this place was accessible in so many ways, it made our experience that much better. The kitchen area and sinks & bathrooms were all accessible as were the rooms, so I’m just grateful that the property owners were mindful of those with a wheelchair. We were so grateful for that! But lets get to the other part, the property was so nice, the patio with the fireplace, the extra seating and tables for games and mealtimes. We will be back!!! Our Christmas was better because of our stay here! We loved it!

I liked the layout with plenty of room for everyone with a huge kitchen for making family dinners. A beautiful wrap around porch for sitting outside or a fun fire pit for s’mores. We also enjoyed heading over to the state park. The host was easy to communicate with and very helpful.

We were initially nervous traveling with four kids under the age of four, but as soon as we walked in, our stresses were relieved because the house was beautiful, child proof, and clean, which was so important to us. I think that the house looked even better than the photos because everything was fresh, new, and sparkling clean. It even smelled nice when we walked in. We loved all the accommodations, including the games in the playground, and the fire pit. The host made an effort to have beautiful music on as we walked in the door and we just fell at home and super cozy. Such thoughtful touches and we really appreciated the hosts’ responsiveness and the staff that helped our stay be as seamless as possible. We will recommend this cabin and other cabins from this company time and time again and can’t wait to come back to broken bow in the future!

Each bedroom was private and with their own bathrooms plus Roku TV’s. Although it is a neighborhood with primarily vacation rental homes it felt private due to the space between houses and a lot of trees. The road to the neighborhood is gravel so drive slowly and you will be fine as all other drivers are courteous and slow down when passing.
