Bart and Brad Abernathy are owners of Broken Bow Lake Cabin Rentals, LLC. If you are looking for a property management company to rent your cabin, please consider us.

We have a long history with owning and operating cabin rentals in Broken Bow. We developed our first property in 1999, and 6 more over the next 12 years. We now live in Broken Bow and work full time on cabin management. Some of our annual cabin occupancy rates are greater than 80%. We continue to improve our marketing and management strategies as we build a successful cabin management and marketing company.

Our property management and marketing mission is simple – we are dedicated to helping customers plan exciting and fun getaways. We understand the cabin rental business from the perspective of the customer, cabin owner and resort owner.

Our properties are designed with amenities to enhance vacationer’s cabin experiences. Mountain Rock Fireplaces, large windows bring in the outdoors, spacious decks and porches with outdoor seating and dining areas.  Cabins are fun and relaxing venues where all ages may enjoy cabin amenities, nature, and surrounding woods and creeks; all providing a special backdrop for spending quality time with friends and family.

The Broken Bow area’s natural beauty includes spectacular towering pines, mountainous terrain, clear lakes and streams. Our guests are amazed at the areas’s beauty and terrain. Families, groups and couples may enjoy many destinations, spanning all seasons.
