The Sunshine Vista cabin is conveniently located in Eagle Mountain. Enjoy the sunshine and the surrounding vistas! The cabin’s amenities include 2 King Master Bedrooms, a large, covered Deck Area with a 4-Person hot tub, outdoor TV, and picnic table, and the deck connects to a nice fire pit area. Sunshine Vista’s Great Room is cozy with a fireplace, TV, and comfortable furniture.

The adjoining full kitchen includes an Island and Dining Table. The Loft Area games include Foosball and an Arcade Game.  The Master Bedrooms (King Beds) are located on each side of the cabin on the first floor. Each Master has a soaking tub and tile shower. Additional sleeping is provided with a Queen Sleeper Sofa and a Twin Day Bed with a Twin Trundle Bed (upstairs), Sunshine Vista is 1,450 square feet with a large lot, including room for parking cars and a trailer. 

Enjoy a soak in one of the master bathtubs, cook out on the grill, play games in the loft, or play Cornhole on the spacious back patio. Also, kids will enjoy a new Playground set with swings, slide, climbing wall and more options.

We are sure you may like to sit with family and friends around the fire pit and enjoy a nice campfire!  Sunshine Vista offers Free Wi-Fi, 4 Smart TVs, DirecTV, and A Firewood Starter Kit is automatically provided for only $20.

Sunshine Vista is located in Eagle Mountain a development in Timber Creek Trails. You will find restaurants, wineries, microbreweries, mini golf, and other tourist attractions in Timber Creek Trails, and just minutes away from the cabin are the Cedar Creek Golf Course, Broken Bow Lake, and Beavers Bend Resort Park & Marina. Also, just North of the cabin is Timber Creek Trails where you will find the Mountain Fork Microbrewery, Escape Games, Okie Girls Ice Cream and Coffee Shop, and Shuck-Me Cajun Fish Restaurant. The Ouachita National Forest is close by and is great for hiking and ATV Riding.

My wife and I vacation to broken bow once a year for the last 4 years and this by far has been our favorite home away from home. We’re actually planning a possible cousins retreat in the future. Everything is as described and looked just as the pictures. It was well worth the money and peace of mind. We also enjoyed our favorite shopping center only being 2ish minutes away by car., especially since we never leave without stopping at the knotted rope! We ended the visit with breakfast out back around the pit and it was amazing. We can’t recommend this cabin enough.

The cabin was spacious but small enough to feel cozy. The furniture and beds were comfortable. I slept like a log.

Tamarah (8/11/22) Rating:  ***** 5/5 –AMAZING!!! I made a last-minute decision to bring the kids to Hochatown before school started. We found this cabin and it was PERFECT! It is clean, cozy, beautiful, and has everything you need inside. All of the utensils and cookware, Tupperware, a Keurig, and a regular coffee pot were available. The two master suites are perfect for a small group and the soaking tubs are amazing! Not to mention the upstairs loft that has a video game and air hockey….my son and his friend LOVED this! The back patio is AMAZING!!! It is a very nice-sized deck with a hot tub (where you can watch TV), play corn hole, eat dinner on the picnic table, or lounge in the chairs. The walkway to the fire pit is awesome and we enjoyed making s’mores over the fire! All of the little details that are covered in this cabin make it awesome! I can’t wait to come back and spend more time at this property!!

The neighborhood is very quiet and very pleasant to walk in. The rooms are comfortable and relaxing…would definitely rent again. Maybe in the spring.
