Northern Hills: 2.5 Miles to Timber Creek Tails and 3 Miles to Hochatown, Broken Bow Lake, and Beavers Bend Resort Park

Sagebrush is a modern farmhouse cabin designed with modern details throughout. Well-appointed with two King master suites and a 4-bed bunk/game room. 

Families or Groups will enjoy gathering dining at the Farmhouse Dining Table, located next to a warm double-sided fireplace. The large Bunk/Game Room amenities include a Pool Table, Pac-Man Arcade Game, Comfortable Seating, Gas Fireplace, and TV. The attached bathroom includes a vessel sink vanity, a full-sized washer/dryer, and French doors leading to the 2 outdoor patios.

Bedroom Accommodations include 2 Master Bedrooms and 1 Game/Bunk Room. Each Master Bedroom has a King Bed, Smart TV, and En-suite bathroom. The Walk-in showers are oversized, each with an overhead rain shower.

There are two spacious outdoor patio areas, great for entertaining or family fun. The first patio area features a large pergola with a wood-burning stone fireplace, 4 cushioned patio chairs, and plenty of bench seating. The second patio area includes a Built-In gas grill, outdoor dining table, outdoor TV, Island Bar, Refrigerator, Foosball table, hot tub, and fire pit.

Sagebrush includes complimentary Wi-Fi and 4 Smart TVs with a YouTube TV Subscription. We stock firewood for the fire pit and propane for the gas grill.  A Washer & Dryer are available in the Utility Room. Pet Friendly (Up to 25 Lbs.).

Sagebrush is conveniently located in Northern Hills. This location is just north of the Timber Creek Trails Shopping Center where you will find great dining and shops including the Mountain Fork Microbrewery, Escape Games, Okie Girls Ice Cream and Coffee Shop, and Shuck-Me Cajun Fish Restaurant. Broken Bow Lake and the Beavers Bend Resort Park areas are close by. Hochatown, with all its tourist attractions, is within 2.5 miles.

We enjoyed playing pool and relaxing around the fireplace as a family. The hot tub was squeaky clean and easy to adjust to our liking. We also brought our toddler and felt a sense of security because there were no stairs. It is in the perfect location- any restaurant or attractions that we traveled to was no more than 15 minutes away. We will be back!

Hot tub is nice and clean. Outside area is enjoyable. House was clean, beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean. Lots of kitchen utensils and all things you’d need provided! I would stay here again for sure! Thank you for having us!
