The Lusa Nita Retreat is a high-end custom lodge with large windows and tall ceilings.

This 2800 sq. Ft. Lodge accommodates 12 guests, with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths. Master suite #1 is spacious with a rock fireplace, TV, and spa amenities including a Steam Room, Sauna Room, Pedestal Tub, and dual sinks. A large bunk room (Bedroom #3) is furnished with 2 Queen beds and 2 Full beds. The gourmet kitchen features a large gas stove top with granite counters and 4-high-back bar stools. The 10-person dining table is next to the kitchen area and outside is another large dining table (seat 12) and entertaining area.

The outdoor covered deck is spacious with comfortable seating, a dining table (12 seats), a rock fireplace, Gas Grill, Charcoal Grill, and a TV. The amenities are very high-end and will impress, with stone and level 5 granite accents — perfect for entertaining and relaxing. Also, in addition to the great deck area and patio spaces, the outdoor areas include a fire pit and a toss game. A lower rock patio has a 7-person Hot Tub with a grilling area, including a gas grill and a charcoal grill. Lusa Nita is equipped with 5 TVs, one in each of the 3 bedrooms, one in the Great Room, and another TV outdoors above the fireplace.

Lusa Nita Retreat includes complimentary Wi-Fi and Direct TV’s Premium Movie Package. The Fire-Pit with firewood, the gas grill, and the charcoal grill are all ready to go. A Washer & Dryer are available in the Utility Room. No Pets. The Lusa Nita Retreat is conveniently located on Lucian Sorrel Rd, adjacent to the Ouachita National Forest.

This location is just north of the Timber Creek Trails Shopping Center where you will find great dining and shops including the Mountain Fork Microbrewery, Escape Games, Okie Girls Ice Cream and Coffee Shop, and Shuck-Me Cajun Fish Restaurant. Broken Bow Lake and the Beavers Bend Resort Park areas are close by. Hochatown, with all its tourist attractions, is within 1.5 miles.

My husband and I and my parents drove up from the Dallas area and my brother and his family drove from Iowa. We all met at the cabin to celebrate my 50th birthday.

The cabin was amazing, and we took full advantage of all the amenities. We made several dinners in the fabulous kitchen, sat in the outdoor hot tub, sat in the sauna in the master bathroom, and spent a lot of time out on the back patio.

Everyone loved the cabin and enjoyed the activities in the Broken Bow area. We would love to come back and stay there again.

I lost my husband a month before our trip and we talked about canceling but I am so glad we didn’t. It was a wonderful time of healing for my children and me. The back deck with the huge table, fireplace, and TV was our favorite thing. It rained the whole time we were there, but we were still able to stay outside. SUBLIME

SUBLIME is a gorgeous Boho-modern cabin. The teal front doors are a bold and intriguing pop of color. Once inside the first thing you see is a breathtaking accent wall done in crocodile skin wallpaper and it is also done in a shade of teal to compliment the front doors. This cabin boasts two master bedrooms, split off the entryway one on each side. Both masters have lavish king-size bed accommodations and their own side-covered patio on the deck. Each has a private bathroom with an oversized shower where you can relax under the dual shower heads. The bathrooms are separated from the bedrooms with gorgeous barn sliding doors.

Heading out the patio door from each bedroom is a sitting area separated from the main deck. You can then walk to the back of the cabin which is the main deck. There is everything you need to enjoy time with friends and family. The main deck area includes a bar cart, couches, a coffee table, rocking chairs, and a hot tub. One of the most appealing decor statements of SUBLIME is the floor-to-ceiling fireplace done in black and white Aztec tiles. The hot tub is oversized with massaging jets and built-in Bluetooth speakers.

The kitchen is located in the center of the cabin and is fully stocked with every tool you would need to prepare meals and entertain. Two beautiful gold pendant lights hang above the Calcutta quartz countertops on a unique rustic beam. There are gold accents and hardware on the cabinetry throughout the cabin making it extremely luxurious. Above the kitchen is a loft area, from the first floor looking up there is an amazing Chippendale railing designed for Sublime.

Inside the great room, there is another large fireplace in front of the couches. The massive two-tiered black chandelier is astounding. Bamboo wood floors flow throughout the cabin with lovely Boho chic rugs. There is also a half bathroom in one of the hallways between it and the great room. On the second floor, you will find a cozy full bathroom. There is a lush sofa in the loft. The bunk room added a 3rd bedroom that includes 4 extra-long twin beds. For competitive friends and gamers, we’ve included a shuffleboard and a Pac-Man video game console upstairs.

Outdoor activities include Cornhole, Ladder Golf, Washers, and let’s not forget the possibilities for explorations with ATV rentals, hiking, and more. The kids can enjoy the outdoors on a Zip Line custom-built at the front of the property. When outdone you can listen to the frogs and birds singing and mimicking one another. Evenings around the fire pit are perfect for stargazing. SUBLIME offers Free WiFi, Smart TVs (YouTube Live), and A Firewood Starter Kit is automatically provided for $15. SUBLIME is pet friendly. Sublime is located in Timber Creek Trails, close to the Timber Creek Trails shopping area. In Timber Creek Trails you will find the Mountain Fork Microbrewery, Escape Games, Okie Girls Ice Cream and Coffee Shop, and Shuck-Me Cajun Fish Restaurant. Choctaw Wind

New Choctaw Wind is custom designed with high-end lodge-style designs and amenities throughout. Accommodating up to 10 people including 3 Master bedrooms, 3.5 spacious baths, a Game room, and a Spacious Outdoor Deck with 7-Person Hot Tub.

A mountain rock wood-burning fireplace anchors the Great Room. The interior walls are finished in rich-tone wood stains with large beams towering over the Kitchen. Granite counters and a granite island provide plenty of room to prepare and enjoy meals. The lodge is equipped with 5 Smart TVs, one in each of the 3 bedrooms, one in the Great Room, and another TV in the Game Room. Additional sleeping is provided with a Queen Murphy Bed and Queen Sleeper Sofa.

Granite counters with high-quality furnishing are throughout the cabin. The first Master Bedroom has a pedestal tub with an oversized shower and double sinks. The covered porch has a 7-person Hot Tub, Gas grill, Couch, 2 Recliners, and a Pub Table. A washer and dryer offer convenient laundry services, and the game room has comfortable furniture and is great for entertaining or relaxing.

A convenient 1/2 bath is located just off the game room/kitchen area. Also, included is WiFi and Direct TV. We provide firewood year-round and the gas grill is ready to use. Large level lot with extra parking for boats and cars.

Choctaw Wind is located in Timber Creek Trails, close to the Timber Creek Trails Shopping Center, where you will find great dining and shops including the Mountain Fork Microbrewery, Escape Games, Okie Girls Ice Cream and Coffee Shop, and Shuck-Me Cajun Fish Restaurant. The Beaver Bend Resort Park areas are a short distance away and Hochatown is 1 mile south. In Hochatown you will find great dining destinations and many kids activities including Big Foot Speedway Go-Carts, Hochatown Thrills Bumper Cars, kid’s mining, and the Hochatown Petting Zoo.

Group Cabins: Crystal Ridge Spa (sleeps 6), Quartz Creek Spa (sleeps 4), and River Song (sleeps 4) are located within walking distance.

Rise Above

Located in Sunrise Ridge: Near Timber Creek Trails (Close to Hochatown, Broken Bow Lake, and Beavers Bend Resort Park)

The new Rise Above is nestled in the Pines in a secluded setting. The high cathedral ceilings, 2-way fireplaces, and abundant light from windows provide an exciting and warm cabin experience. The Master Suite is downstairs, the 2nd bedroom and bunk room are upstairs.

On the main floor, you will find the Great Room, Dining Area, and Kitchen with Island as well as the Master bedroom with attached bath, laundry closet, and half bath. Upstairs you will find an open loft, Game Area; the second bedroom with an attached full bath and the third bedroom is a bunk room (sleeps 6). There is an outdoor living space with a fireplace, hot tub, TV, and dining/sitting area.

Upstairs has a Large Play Area, 2nd Bedroom with King Bed, and Bunk Room. There is a full bath upstairs. In the loft, the playroom’s amenities include a Shuffleboard table, a Foosball table, an arcade, and a small table and chairs. The deck is large with a Gas Fireplace, plenty of seating, and a table as well as a hot tub. In addition, the kids will enjoy the Tube Slide and 3 swings installed close to the Firepit. In the back, just off the side deck, are Horseshoe Pits.

Rise Above includes complimentary Wi-Fi and 6 Smart TVs (DirecTV). We stock firewood for the fire pit and propane for the gas grill. A Washer & Dryer are available in the Utility Room. Rise above is Pet Friendly.

White Oak Lodge

Secluded Lodge on 10 Acres | 3 Bedrooms | Sleeps 8 | Outdoor Hot Tub | Towering Oaks and Pines | National Forest Your next memorable family vacation starts at the White Oak Lodge. This cabin offers seclusion and privacy designed to bring your family together for quality time. Begin your stay at the end of the road on 10 private acres covered with native pines and old growth oaks. Nearby is a small creek, ATV trails, and as an added bonus, the cabin backs up directly to the Ouachita National Forest. The cabin itself offers plenty of room, with three bedrooms and two baths within approximately 1,800 square feet. Let the kids bring their friends – the cabin accommodates up to 8 people comfortably. White Oak Lodge includes 3 Bedrooms each with TV and comfortable beds. Outside on the wrap around deck is a large covered hot tub. The Great Room includes a large 47-inch High Definition TV (movie channels included) and a full-sized fully-equipped kitchen. After the sun sets, Build a fire in the wood burning fireplace and enjoy the rustic appeal and warmth of Great Room. The outside area is framed by a 8 x 40 full front porch and a 12 x 30 back deck. For those who can’t go a night without delicious Smores, light a nice campfire and start a game of horseshoes. Chateau Relaxo

The Chateau Relaxo accommodates 10 guests, with 3 master bedrooms, 3 full baths and 4 Kings Beds. As you enter the cabin you will be amazed at the Great Room’s large size and height. A spacious kitchen and bar area with stools is great for dining and visiting with friends and family. Just across the room is a 3-sided rock fireplace, which is a focal point. Also, you will enjoy playing pool on the 8′ pool table and playing games on a wooden card table, where there are two 6′ view windows.

The open kitchen design and large bar area are great for entertaining and gathering! This lodge offers plenty of room, with 4 King Beds, 1 Queen Sleeper, within 3,000 square feet. The large kitchen is fully stocked with cooking, dining and grilling items including special party items. Let the kids bring their friends and enjoy this spacious lodge and 1+ acre lot.

The Chateau Relaxo’s interior and exterior wood finishes, amenities, and furniture will impress you and all your guests. This Lodge is quite an experience with its tall ceilings, cathedral-size chandelier, and large windows. The outside is framed with a large and spacious deck where special gates can be utilized to keep in the little ones and pets.

The outdoor areas are roomy so kick back in the comfortable outdoor furniture, soak in the 6-Person Hot Tub, grill, enjoy a campfire in the fire pit and play horseshoes or a Toss Game.

The Chateau Relaxo is pet-friendly and the deck area has special gates to keep in your pets. A large pet area has Pea gravel and provides a great place for your dogs to play and hangout. The property has complimentary WiFi. We provide a firewood kit, a fire log and lighter for $10. The grill is ready with free propane.

Whiskey Hollow

Whiskey Hollow is a 3+ Bedroom with 2.5 bathrooms that sleeps 8 comfortably and can accommodate to 10 guests. Sleeping arrangements include 3 King Bedrooms and 2 Queen sleeper sofas. The upstairs bedroom features a private balcony with a private bathroom entrance. The living area is spacious and comfortable with a 55″ Samsung TV with DirecTV programming. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, dishware, cutlery, and everything you need to prepare an awesome meal for the entire family!

There is also a propane grill, and the propane is provided. All you need to bring is your food and drinks! The loft area features a Retro Video Arcade cocktail table with over 60 games! Enjoy a trip down memory lane with a competitive game of Ms. Pacman.

In the loft, you will find a Sleeper Sofa for relaxing during the day or extra sleeping for two additional people at night. There is also a 40″ Samsung 4K TV in each bedroom and one in the loft with DirecTV.

The outside patio boasts over 700 sq ft of entertainment pleasure! Kick back on the 14ft wide covered back deck set for outdoor dining and fellowship. Relax in the 6-8 person Hot Tub, stay cozy near the gas fireplace, and never miss a show on the 60″ Samsung Flat Screen TV with Entertainment DirecTV programming. The newest Cabin has a little bit of everything for the whole family, including a Playground Fort, Outdoor Playhouse, Horseshoe Pit, Ladder Golf, Corn Hole, and Much more! It’s located less than 1/2 a mile from the Hochatown Saloon and the Hochatown Strip Mall.

Oak & Pine

Location: Oak & Pine is conveniently located in Hochatown – within walking distance to restaurants and other retail destinations including wineries, micro-breweries, bowling, arcade, mini golf, and more. Just a short drive away from the cabin are Cedar Creek Golf Course, Broken Bow Lake, and Beavers Bend Resort Park & Marina. Also, just North of the cabin is Timber Creek Trails where you will find the Mountain Fork Microbrewery, Escape Games, Okie Girls Ice Cream and Coffee Shop, and Shuck-Me Cajun Fish Restaurant. The Ouachita National Forest is close by and is great for hiking and ATV Riding.
You’ll fall in love with Oak & Pine! Enjoy an evening in the hot tub on the flagstone patio, inside by the fireplace, or upstairs in the trees on the upper deck with the string lights aglow.
This Charming Lake-style cabin is clean, fresh, and fun with custom, unique finishes. Entering the main floor through the Mahogany double French doors you’ll find the living room, dining and kitchen. A custom stone masonry gas fireplace anchors the living room. Also, downstairs are the master suite and laundry room. Outside of the master suite is a flagstone patio with a new hot tub. Guests will enjoy Cornhole. The kitchen includes an Island and also a dining area. Upstairs you’ll find a guest bedroom, a second full bathroom, and another bedroom with its own entertainment system and second living room. This room has double French doors which access the upper deck boasting string lights & nestled into the tree canopy, giving a treehouse-type feel!
Oak & Pine has a fresh, bright, and clean feel throughout. There are TVs in bedrooms and the living area, each is connected to the WiFi with a subscription to Hulu Live TV with Disney+ and ESPN+.

The Green Retreat

Upscale Mountain Spa Cabin (Sleeps 8) – The Cabin presents earth-tone soft colors adding a natural “Green” vibe inside and outside. The outdoor lot is treed with Pines and Hardwoods with a Mountain Ridge setting. This cabin is equipped with games and upscale amenities. The overlooking elevated deck includes a 7-Person hot tub, outdoor TV, outdoor dining table, and comfortable seating. There are several games and play areas outside including a Playground Set, Swing Set Horseshoes, Tether Ball, Corn Hole, and Foosball.

Each of the 3 spacious Master Suites includes a King Bed and a 50″ TV. The Main Master Bedroom is where you will find dual vanities with an oversized Tile Shower with Rainfall and Wand shower heads. Master #2 and Master #3 both have spacious Rainfall and Wand Showers.

The Game Room includes a 7 Ft. Pool Table and a 9 Ft. Shuffle Board Table. The elevated deck offers scenic mountain ridge views in the hardwoods and Pines.

The fully-equipped kitchen features beautiful butcher block counters and stainless steel appliances. The Great Room features a Gas fireplace, Comfortable, wood beams, White Wood Tung-n-Groove interior, and large windows that showcase the scenic outdoor views.

The Green Retreat has WiFi, DirecTV (with movie channels), and is Pet Friendly (max 2 pets).

The Green Retreat is located at the end of the road in the Timber Creek Trails – Eagle Mountain Development. This area is located in north Hochatown, close to Broken Bow Lake and Beavers Bend Marina. We spent most of our time inside due to the weather, but we did utilize the fire pit and hot tub! The pool table and shuffleboard were a hit and were used a lot. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and any season.

We have a family of 5 plus my mother who came with us and there was plenty of room for everyone. The cabin was decorated so cute, and I loved how each room had a theme! There was something to do for all ages from books to board games, the game room, to TVs in every room, and all the fun stuff for the kiddos to play on outside. You definitely won’t find yourself bored at this place. The kitchen had anything and everything you could possibly think of and was very well stocked. I loved the location and how it was nestled at the end of the road in a cul de sac surrounded by lots and lots of trees! Everything we wanted to do was super close and we didn’t have to drive more than 15 mins to get to where we were going. I would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone, and we would stay here again and again!! So just book it and you won’t be disappointed!
